Video & Audio Recording in the wild...Each year in Montgomery a Hungarian Friendship Day is held to celebrate the close bonds between Montgomery and Hungary.This close bond had come about through a poem written by Hungarian poet János Arany in 1857 and through initiatives between Montgomery Town Council, Claire Weston, Elizabeth Sillo and the Welsh Hungarian Cultural Association​, the Montgomery Hungarian Friendship Day​ was born. Aubrey Kirkham Funeral Directors Aubrey Kirkham Photoshoot ​Leanne at Aubrey Kirkham invited me over to their office at Four Crosses to record a small snippet of some of the preparations that go into the services provided by Aubrey Kirkham Funeral Directors.Leanne and all the staff at Aubrey Kirkham were very accommodating and keen to explore various possibilities that would reflect the services they provide. Bull Dingle Are you Nervous!Had a message from Sally, asking if I could do a spot of photography – in about 3 hours’ time, short notice she admitted but someone had let her down! Let her down, if this is a dance shoot, I normally do these for her, I know all the dance moves! ……. but panic not Adam, reading the message again, it looked like this was for a meeting at a community hall. I reply, yes, it was fine, needed to move a job around but not a problem. Sally said this was for a commun.....

Montgomery Town Football Club PhotoshootTony Hughes asked if I would photograph his local football team, Montgomery Town FC one Saturday morning before a match. No problem I reply, asked what he was looking for so I could get an idea of the type of shoot he needed. I roll up on the Saturday afternoon and meet up with Richard and Ellie, we have a chat about the format and Ellie said she would be happy to organise the players for a group and individual shots as required – perfect. Welshpool Town CouncilGreat to be back with Welshpool Town Council again for their annual portrait and group photoshoot.As always, a real pleasure to be doing this and lovely to meet the new town clerk, Richard Williams.As per the previous years, a portable studio was setup in the main hall area, backdrop, 2 soft boxes with speedlights and an open speedlight on the background to provide distance between the subject and background.2 studio flash lights were used for the group photos in the chambe.....

Fish LegalRiver Wye Photoshoot Ross On WyeMay 24th 2025 – location, the river Wye in a field somewhere along the A40! This was a long time in the making as Penny had tried to arrange this during the winter of 2024 but due to incredibly bad weather, it had to be postponed on a number of occasions. We finally got there though, and the brief for this shoot was to capture the anglers happy and sad as with other Fish Legal shoots. This was in fact Penny’s final shoot with me as she would be stepp.....

MWVMC 2025 Great to be invited back to the MWVMC in May to record the day. Despite the unfortunate weather conditions, it did not deter any visitors by the looks of things. Brilliant ring entertainment and amazing local craft, food and drink stands. An amazing effort by the MWVMC committee and volunteers - they nailed it again this year - looking forward to next year and at this rate, that will soon come round! sorry dude

Annie from RG Peate called to ask if I would make contact with a family of a young man who had passed away recently to look at creating an audio-visual presentation for his funeral service. I was more than happy too and contacted Sarah to discuss further. We arranged to meet at the church to see how we could best place AV equipment to fit in with the service. Sarah explained that her brother Rob was a very popular man who passed away before his time due to an awful disease and as such was expect.....
